loadLayer
Provides access to the SkylineGlobe Layers user interface dialog box available in the TerraExplorer for Web application. The following method is available:
startTool()
Opens the SkylineGlobe Layers user interface dialog box available in the TerraExplorer for Web application, to load any layer type from SkylineGlobe Server: 3DML, elevation, feature, imagery, point cloud, or raster complex. These layers are added to the sidebar's Layers tab.
