area
The area object provides access to the Area and 3D Plane user interface tool available in the TerraExplorer for Web application, and to all area measurement objects created. The tool can measure area on an arbitrary plane or area on terrain: either area of the horizontal projection (2D measurement) or surface area (3D measurement). The following member and method are available:
