Searching and Viewing Messages

When SkylineGlobe Server encounters an error or identifies a potential problem, it displays a message in the SGS Manager Main page. This message appears in the Last message row in the first section of the SGS Manager Main page. All messages received can be searched and viewed on the Messages page.

To search and view SGS messages:

1. From the SkylineGlobe Server Manager menu, select Messages. The Messages page is displayed.

2. Enter a value in any of the following search fields:

Search Field	Description
Search String	Enter a search expression.
Severity	Select a specific severity level: Error, Warning, Information.
From	Click the field and select the date and time (UTC +0) from which messages should be displayed.
To	Click the field and select the date and time (UTC +0) until which messages should be displayed.

3. Click Search. Your search results are displayed in the search results list at the bottom of the page.

Field	Description
ID	Message ID.
Server	Server name with a brief description of the message.
Severity	Severity level of message: Error, Warning, or Information.
Time	Time message was received.
Message	Message details.
